LouvreElite were fantastic from start to finish with the purchase and installation of my motorised louvre pergola From the initial consultation through to installation, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. They took the time to explain the options clearly and made the whole process feel seamless. Communication was consistent throughout, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The installation was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. The end result looks excellent and operates exactly as promised. I did initially think there may have been an issue with the drainage, however the team attended promptly, investigated, and confirmed it was simply caused by leaves blocking the gutter. They also took the time to attend to the issue at no extra charge, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend. Their team is dedicated and very easy to work with. They did multiple site visits accommodating our evolving requests as we had other renovations happening in tandem. The price did not change from the initial quote. High quality pergolas and their products come with rain sensors, lights and they accommodate custom dimensions at minimal additional cost. They also go above and beyond in helping get planning permits where required (Additional cost). In summary, quality workmanship. Only downside is - The packaging the product comes in is huge. This packaging is for the customer to dispose or can be disposed off at additional cost. Not a major expense but when a customer is spending 1000s of $, I'd have expected this cost is waived as part of the installation. I had my frontyard full of cardboard that I had to pay extra to get this done. I know i'm nitpicking. I'll highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to install a louvre roof.

The true measure of a supplier or vendor is seen when things don't go to plan, rather than when everything goes well. The team at Louvre Elite are EXCELLENT  :-) We started our process in the middle of last year.  It was a complicated job and due to the size, I decided to go with plans and permits.  Jasper and Perry came out and thoroughly assessed the job.  They worked together with me and the builder to design a solution that worked. The team in the office are also very good.  Whether you are dealing with Gisel, Arnold, Stella or any other team member, it's seamless. They were always punctual When they said people will be on site, they arrive as promised. When they said the pergola will be ready for install, it was ready Their communication was always thorough and complete They were always respectful And then, we had a hiccup, and guess what, they worked together with me to resolve it.  There had been a small error in the plans, and this impacted final approval.   I had already fully paid the bill, so they could have easily made life challenging for me, but they did not.  Again, the team were EXCELLENT.   We discussed options, we looked at alternatives, they had the plans corrected, they negotiated with the building inspector.  They communicated well, and in the end, they found a solution that worked for the building surveyor, and they came back and completed the remediation work. Again, promptly and professionally.
